Construction estimating & subcontractor management for Bartlett Investments
ForgeCore is the internal operations platform for Bartlett Investments LLC, a Tennessee residential general contractor and real-estate operator based in Cookeville, TN. We use it to estimate construction projects, manage our subcontractor roster, schedule trade work, collect compliance documents (W-9, certificate of insurance, business license), and pay subcontractors via ACH after work is released.

SMS to engaged subcontractors
When we engage a subcontractor or supplier on a project, we send operational SMS through Twilio for schedule coordination, quote requests, payment notices, and document collection. Subcontractors verbally consent during in-person or telephone onboarding. We do not send marketing SMS, do not collect phone numbers from any web form, and do not share numbers with third parties.
